Thank you for your interest in residing at Morrow, a brand new apartment community with 243 rental apartments that consist of studios, one (1), two (2) and three (3) bedroom apartments. Morrow will be available for occupancy beginning January 2022. Each new apartment has everything that one would need; spacious living area with engineered hardwood floors, central air and a laundry facility. Each apartment also comes equipped with an energy efficient refrigerator, dishwasher and stove with spacious countertops.

Morrow offers LIHTC affordable apartments, meaning that the applicants who apply must have a minimum income to qualify but must not go over the maximum income allowable. The maximum income limits are based on the amount of people within the household. Listed below are the limits for your reference. The maximum combined income for all people within one household's annual gross income cannot exceed the following based on income tiers:

Part of our criteria is that we run a credit & criminal background check on all
applicants 18 years of age and older.
