・会場内は撮影及び配信が行われます。その際に撮影したものはMASTERCUP及び、MASTERCUPが許可をした取材媒体、告知・報告の為に公開されますのでご了承ください。
・会場内での配信行為はお断りいたします。発覚次第、今後の参加、ご来場をお断りいたします。
・プレイヤー同士、他のお客様の迷惑になるような行為、ポイ捨ては禁止です。 発覚次第、今後のお申し込みをお断りいたします。
・カスタマーハラスメントに対する基本的な対応方針としまして、社会通念上相当な範囲を超える行為と考える言動、行為については、会場より退場、今後のお申し込みをお断りいたします。(例示であり、これらに限りません)
威迫、脅迫、恫喝、威嚇行為（特定のスタッフや従業員や関係者個人へのものを含む）
侮辱や人格を否定する言動
プライバシーを侵害する行為
SNSやインターネットなどにおいて誹謗中傷を行う行為
保証の範囲を超えたサポートの要求など社会通念上において過剰なサービス提供の要求
合理的な理由がない謝罪の要求や金銭など保証の要求、関係者に対する処罰の要求
同じ要望やクレームを過剰に繰り返すなどによる長時間の拘束行為や叱責行為・会場内で起きた盗難、事故について主催者側は責任を負いかねます。お手回り品及び体調の管理にはくれぐれもご注意下さい。
・参加者は、参加者の肖像、氏名、プレイヤー名、チーム名、プレイ動画、インタビューコメント等が、弊社または第三者によって、商品、ウェブサイトその他情報メディア等において編集、公表、公開、報道または利用（商業的利用を含む一切の利用を含みます。）されます。
