Grade your child was in during the 2013-2014 school year. *
During the 2013-2014 school year, I was invited to Paine Intermediate to see my child participate as a leader in an assembly, receive an award or recognition, or perform. *
My child is motivated to achieve such honors as perfect attendance, leader of the month, student of the month, becoming a millionaire in reading, etc. which are given out at our student-led assemblies. *
My child desires to take on leadership roles at school and/or at home. *
Examples at school include safety patrol for 5th graders, WPIN, classroom helpers, etc.
I feel my child is learning the leadership skills necessary to be successful in life. *
My child refers to leadership principles found in The 7 Habits of Happy Kids outside of the school day. *
Ex. Be proactive, Begin with the end in mind, Think win-win, Put first things first, etc.
Currently, we recognize students for the following honors:  Student of the Month, Leader of the Month, Perfect Attendance for the Trimester, Achieving Millionaire Status (reading 1 million words or more according to AR), Leadership through Safety Patrol and WPIN.  What other areas of recognition would you like to see in our student-led assemblies?
