CdC Publicity Reservation Form

This form is for publicity requests in the CdC only. To ensure availability of space and approval of your publicity, forms must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the starting date of this request.

Submission of this form does not guarantee your request. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.

A SCA staff member will email you with confirmation of your request below. Questions can be directed to SCA at 651-690-6210.

    Button Maker

    Quantity: 50 buttons per bag. Each club receives 1 bag per academic year. If you want to order your own button supplies or pre-made buttons/stickers, the SCA Office can provide a list of vendors.

    Atrium Table

    -Clubs may have 1 table per day (up to 3 days per week). -Table must be attended by a member of sponsoring club, organization, or department at all times. -The SCA reserves the right to relocate or rearrange tables when there is a conflict with other events or services within the CdC. -The SCA will not store any materials related to atrium tables. Any materials left after the reservation will be discarded. -Materials and group members shall not obstruct CdC traffic flow. -Outside vendors use a different form and pay $50 unless sponsored by a club or department. -The SCA reserves the right to cancel existing reservations and deny approval of future requests to groups the do not follow these guidelines.     Banner

    -The maximum time a banner can be up is 1 1/2 weeks. -Banners need to be turned in the day before you reservation begins. You will receive one email reminder and will then have 48 hours to turn it in. After that your reservation will be cancelled. -Leave 6 inches of blank space at the top of the banner. -Banners should be no more than 6 feet long. -The SCA Office will put up and take down banner. -Contact information for your event must be included in letters that are 1 inch or larger. -If you request to keep the banner you will receive one email reminder to pick it up. We will keep it for 48 hours after the email is sent before the banner is thrown away.

    Display Case

    -Top row of display cases- dimensions: Height 40", Width 32.5", Depth 9" -Bottom row of display cases- dimensions: Height 27.5", Width 28.5", Depth 9" -You put up and take down your own display. -Display cases can be up for 1 1/2 weeks -Display must have a 3 dimensional element, no printed posters alone -Contact information for event must be included in letters that are 3/4" or larger -If you want your display returned to you, ask the SCA Worker to make a note of it -You will receive one email reminder to pick up your display- we will keep it for 48 hours after the email is sent before the display is thrown away.

    Elevator Posting

    Your flier announcement must be for everyone who rides the elevators, not a select group. Please email fliers to studentcenter@stkate.edu.

    Digital Signage

    If you would like your flier to be posted on the digital signage monitors, please email your signage requests to studentcenter@stkate.edu in the form of a jpeg at least 48 hours in advance.
