Position Responsibilities• With guidance from Sapling's leadership team, execute a long-term marketing strategy and roadmap that builds the agency’s brand and website, including channel mix, projects or campaigns, and overall priorities.• Help guide a cross-functional digital marketing team comprised of SEO, PPC, Social, Content, Analytics, Design, and Development practitioners.• Collaborate with our agency team to develop and execute content and website strategies that align with overall agency objectives.• Review, analyze, and report on core agency KPIs• Seek out new marketing opportunities through market research: conferences, client meetings, collaboration with sales, etc.• Manage project priorities as needed.• Set a standard of excellence in marketing initiatives through project planning, execution, and completion.• Raise any roadblocks or concerns in a timely manner with appropriate team members when support services are not meeting expectations.
Position Requirements• A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or business, related field, or equivalent experience• Intermediate experience with HubSpot• Intermediate experience with Google Analytics• Intermediate experience in Paid Search, Organic Search, and Paid Social• A proven track record of building and executing content plans and/or editorial calendars• WordPress experience preferred• Independent thinker with the ability to work with minimal direction or supervision
