Curbside Restaurant Weeks Sign Up Form
Dine Drink Detroit and Bureau Detroit in partnership with the City of Detroit and others in the hospitality industry, present Curbside Restaurant Weeks, a movement to support restaurants in Detroit, metro Detroit, and beyond, starting Wednesday, April 1 until restaurant dine-in service can resume.
In response to the state government mandated shutdown of dine-in service, Curbside Restaurant Weeks is not only an effort to support local restaurants and their employees, but also an uplifting way to encourage the community to support their favorite eatery. People are encouraged to take photos of their carryout at home and use the hashtag #CurbsideDetroit when posting to social media.
This event is open to any restaurant in the state of Michigan. There is no deadline for a restaurant to join the event. Restaurants will receive complimentary social media graphics to promote their curbside offerings. There is no requirement for restaurants to create any sort of discount or special. The event is free for restaurants to participate and there is no cost to join.
Any proceeds from sponsorships will be given directly to support the restaurants, their employees, workers in this industry, and to assist in providing meals for the Feed the Frontlines program in the city of Detroit.
The work being done by Dine Drink Detroit, Bureau, and others is being done free at no cost and with no compensation.
