IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK ON THE "X" BUTTON ON THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE WINDOW AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT TO USE THE SERVICES OFFERED BY COMPANY. COMPANY'S ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ASSENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS; IF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER BY COMPANY, ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS.

Registration on the Platform is limited to natural persons. Minors or persons who are not legally competent under the applicable laws of their legal residence may not register unless permission is granted in writing by their respective legal representatives. Bond International Consultants Pte Ltd provides an online form for registration. The User must submit truthful and accurate data as requested and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. By submitting the form the User creates a profile on the Platform. User will receive a confirmation email through email address he or she has specified.

Withdrawal
Written notice of withdrawal received:
>14 working days before commencement of the course – full refund
≤ 14 working days before commencement of the course – 50% refund
≤ 3 working days before commencement of the course, or No show during the course day – No refund

Accepting registration remains in the sole and unconditional discretion of Bond International. Bond International Consultants Pte Ltd reserves all rights to cancel or change the venue, dates of the course and/or make amendments to the course content.

By submitting your information for our training/event, you agree that our organisation, Bond International Consultants Pte Ltd / Bond International Group and its subsidiaries may collect, use and disclose your personal data, which you have provided in the registration form, for the purpose of facilitating the course registration. No photograph and video recording of our event unless with special written approval from our company.

As part of briefing requirements, trainees need to switch on camera for participation. Certificate will not be given unless the trainee sign up with a course with certification. Breakout room will be allocated to you for your possible Q&A session at the end of the briefing.
