2025 Westmont Special Events & Creative Arts Network Winter Window Murals - Business Sign-up Form

Westmont Special Events and the Creative Arts Network are excited to invite you to participate in a unique arts initiative. Our talented local artists will design and paint the windows of your business with vibrant winter themes, creating a one-of-a-kind visual experience for your customers!

The program costs $150 for businesses, which includes program coordination, materials, and mural removal once the program is over. We will work with our experienced artists throughout the process to ensure a successful program.

LIABILITY WAIVER - I, the undersigned BUSINESS, hereby RELEASE, DISCHARGE, and WAIVE any claims, actions, or suit of any character, name or description that I may have against the WESTMONT SPECIAL EVENTS CORPORATION, its officers, agents, employees, volunteers, or artists as a result of any injuries or death received or sustained by the ARTIST as a result of any work performed at and/or related to the Window Mural Program that is hosted, coordinated, assisted by the Westmont Special Events Corporation.  *

ARTWORK WAIVER - I, the undersigned BUSINESS, hereby understand the artwork may fade, peel, or get washed off by rain if painted on the outside (fading may still occur in the inside) of the windows. I understand that if I choose to have the artwork touched up by the artist I am responsible for any payment to the artist if agreed upon before any work is done.  *
