I/we give consent for my/our child(ren) to participate in Vacation Bible School at Living Waters Lutheran Church, Lino Lakes, MN on August 10-13, 2026.
I/we understand the nature of these events and do hereby release Living WatersLutheran church and St. Mark Lutheran church from any liability due to accident or injury incurred by my child(ren). I/we further agree to release and hold Living Waters Lutheran church and St. Mark Lutheran Church, and its agents, or anyone acting on its behalf, free and harmless of any claims, demands, or suits arising from their conduct to the full extent permitted by Minnesota Law in conjunction with any event or related travel, including the authorization and provision of medical treatment.

REGISTRATION FEES:
In order to cover the cost of supplies, there is a $15 registrtation fee per student (maximum fee per family is $45). Scholarships are always available. Please contact the pastor at the church you are affiliated with if you would like scholarship information.
