Contact information, such as email or phone number, will never be shared publicly or with any other organization, including news organizations. We are not automatically collecting email addresses with this form.
What you control: If at any point you would like your story removed from our data, please email us at mandateclergyreporting@gmail.com or message @mandateclergyreporting on instagram. We will remove the story and all accompanying data from our database, and from any posts we have made publicly. We do not have control of another agency's material (such as if a news agency has printed the story) but we will do our best to support you in requesting to them that the details be removed. We respect your privacy and the right to your own story.
