CCP INTEREST FORM FOR SPRING 2024
If you are interested in taking RCCC classes while in high school for the Spring 2024 Semester Academic please fill out the following form. This form will open on MONDAY, OCTOBER 2nd and the deadline to complete it will be MONDAY, NOVEMBER 20th AT 2:30 P.M.!!!
For College Transfer Pathway courses, you MUST have an un-weighted 2.8 GPA and be a junior or senior. If you do not qualify with an unweighted 2.8 GPA, then you must have qualifying test scores on one of the following: PSAT, PREACT, ACT, SAT, or ACCUPLACER.
If you don't have qualifying test scores then you cannot participate in this program. We will review the scores you have and let you know if you do not qualify.
The CCP Career & Technical Pathway Requirements are different. Courses in this pathway include Cosmetology or Welding (for example) If you DO NOT have the unweighted 2.8 GPA or testing scores requirement, then you'll have to complete LOW GPA APPROVAL FORM. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ENROLL IN CCP COURSES AS YOU HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY RCCC.
The steps and instructions to complete your CCP registration is located on the NCHS CCP Webpage (https://www.cabarrus.k12.nc.us/Page/43582) as well as on our NCHS Student Services Canvas Page under Registration Button---CCP Process. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024 SPRING SEMESTER.
If you do not meet the school's deadlines you will not be able to enroll into the program or register for more courses until the following Fall 2024 Semester, when there will be another opportunity for students to register. Our deadline to complete this form and register is November 20th at 2:30 P.M.!!!
