     Starting from 2013, P&G TALENT ACADEMY PROGRAM is the first, unique and exclusive P&G training program to provide students with necessary skills and knowledge for their future careers. This initiative is our strong commitment to develop local talents and build strong capability of Vietnamese Youth.

     Understanding there are some challenges faced by fresh graduates who firstly join into the corporate environment, the session opens the floor for close sharing and discussion on real, successful stories and how students can prepare from now on to get into a multinational company, then to be successful in a multinational company. First time ever,  P&G brings to you the best training- our top success secrets, the best sharing, the best real stories and importantly, the Top P&G Leaders whom you can learn from.

     Joining in the session, you will have the opportunities to interact with P&G Management,  other talented students nationwide who have been selected to join in the session. The simple and inspiring way is, you will be also shared the real stories from your alumnus who studied in the same campus, had the same professors, the same starting point  like you on how they overcome with very first challenges and turn their dreams into reality . There is also an interesting part that we also have some funny and easy games for you and winners will have chances to  receive a Sam Sung Galaxy Note and P&G exclusive bundle gifts.
