II. Members and fees

§ 4 Individuals may be accepted as members of the association. Anyone wishing to become a member needs to fill out an application form which is then evaluated by the Board. Individuals and legal entities that wish to support the purpose and activities of the association can be accepted as supporting members of the association.

§ 5 Members are charged a membership fee once a year. The association's annual meeting decides on the collection of the membership fee and its amount. The current amount is established at 30€/year. The board may vote to dismiss members who neglect to pay their membership fees for longer than 6 months.

§ 6 The board may dismiss a member who does not meet the membership conditions or causes damage to the association or to other members. The dismissed person has the right to be heard before the decision. The dismissed person can request that the matter be discussed again at the association's meeting. The request must be made within one month of the board's decision, and the board must organize the association's meeting as soon as possible.

III. Meetings

§ 7 Meetings are announced at least one week in advance of the meeting date by publishing the invitation on the association's website and email list.

§ 8 At the Spring meeting in February-March, the activity report and financial statements of the previous year are confirmed, and it is decided whether to discharge those who managed the association's administration in the previous year. In addition, the action plan and budget are approved, and a decision is made on the collection of membership fees and their amount and due date.

§ 9 At the Autumn meeting in November-December, the chairman and the rest of the board and the auditors for the next calendar year are elected.

In the event of a tie, the position of the chairman of the association or their deputy is decisive.
