Harriet’s Apothecary is an intergenerational healing village led by the brilliance and wisdom of Black Cis Women, Queer and Trans healers, artists, magicians, activists and ancestors. Our village, which manifests at the bloom of every Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter in Brooklyn, is committed to co-creating accessible, affordable, liberatory, all-body loving, all-gender honoring, community healing spaces that recognize, inspire, and deepen the healing genius of our vessels. www.harrietsapothecary.com

* Communicate your needs around accessibility and availability. We want to know how to support you in being as fully present as possible while you are with us.
* Participate in 1, phone orientation meeting or video or conference call on August 31, from 6 - 8pm.
* Be on time for all assigned commitments and follow through on tasks.
* Commit to sharing your experience and reflections afterwards as a way to support our growth.
* Support us with social media sharing. `

Which volunteer roles are you interested in participating in? ***** We are centering the leadership of Black, Indigenous and People of Color !!!! IF YOU IDENTIFY AS A WHITE ALLY, please ONLY sign up for space set up, space break down and air movers.**** Thank you!!! *

FIRE KEEPERS: As a fire keeper, you partner with us to offer encouragement, support and nourishment to the healers as they offer their practice. Your energy acts as a catalyst to help the healers sustain their potency throughout their practice.

WATER BEARERS: As a water bearer, you partner with us to listen and pay attention to the mood of the space. You support us in ensuring that the mood honors healing, love and safety and help us to come up with and deliver creative solutions if the mood shifts in a way that causes harm. If you've got experience with providing security, emotional support, harm reduction, or holding space emotionally and/or spiritually we especially want your support

EARTH GROUNDERS: As an earth grounder, you partner with us to greet and orient people as they come in and move through the space. You support participants in answering questions they might have about a particular practice. You act as a door keeper/ bouncer to support the entry and flow of each healing space.

AIR MOVERS: As an air mover, you partner with us to fill in the space when support is needed. You are available to help with various tasks as needed.
