BCEC Room Reservation Request Form for Newton Campus   牛頓堂房間申請表
Praise God for providing us with facilities to utilize for His ministry! In order to request a room, please complete the form below. Some info to bear in mind:

- The best time to reserve space is at least 2 weeks before your planned event. That will provide us the time to process your request.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for our admin staff to respond to your request.
- This form is to request rooms at Newton Campus.
- To request rooms for Chinatown campus, go to  tinyurl.com/chinatownroomrequest

- 最至少在所計劃的活動前兩星期作出房間預訂的申請，容許我們有充足時間處理您的要求。

If you are requesting the Multi-Function Room, Sanctuary,  the Chapel and/or the Kitchen (Lower level), the appropriate pastoral staff must approve this request as well. Have you asked and gotten approval from the appropriate pastoral staff member?  如果你申請多功能室 、大禮堂 、下層禮堂 或 下層廚房，必先獲得有關教牧同工的批准。你是否已詢問並得到批准？
Please respond yes with the name of your pastoral staff member. If no, please respond with no.
