USCMS/IRIS-HEP 2025 Analysis Software Training Application
This application form is for the USCMS/IRIS-HEP 2025 Analysis Software Training (co-located with the annual USCMS collaboration meeting at Rice University). The USCMS meeting will take place from 21-23 May, 2025. The Analysis Software training will take place on Monday and Tuesday, 19-20 May, 2025 (all of both days). Selected applicants (preference will be given to graduate students and junior postdocs) will receive funding support from IRIS-HEP for:
  • Travel (flight/transfer, etc.) up to $750
  • Dorm room from Sunday through Wednesday (specifics will be provided if selected)
  • Breakfast, lunches and coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday 
  • Dinner/reception on Monday 19 May 2025
Participants are highly encouraged to attend also the USCMS collaboration meeting from 21-23 May, although hotel/dorm nights and registration fee costs for that meeting must be paid by the participant/research group.

Application deadline is Sunday, 13 April, 2025. Applicants will be notified of selection for travel support by Wednesday, 16 April, 2025.
