Second Stage: These are the four shows that run one weekend. A committee member would help Select Second Stage shows; liaison for Second Stage.
Directors: Direct shows.
Facilities: Helps with maintenance and equipment at the theater.
Publicity: Publicize all shows and events with press releases, social media engagement, etc.
Development: Manage fundraising and grant-writing; liaison for donors.
Special Projects: Creating graphics, leading video projects; assist others as needed.
Front of House: Manage volunteers who assist with box office staff; concessions, ushers, ticket sales, and patron experience
Nominations: Help figure out the best people to serve on the board.
Play Reading: Read a ton of plays, and make recommendations for what will be performed.
Diversity: Build community relationships, adjust systems and processes and create content to promote diversity and inclusion.
