Welcome to the application process for the second Infuse Compassion Into Companies (ICIC) Virtual Conference scheduled for November 14, 2025. After a successful inaugural conference, we are thrilled to continue exploring the transformative power of compassion within the business environment.

The theme for this year's conference is "Leading With Heart: Transformational Strategies for Modern Business." We are seeking speakers from diverse fields who are passionate about showcasing how compassion can positively impact business results. Please complete the following application form, providing detailed information to help us assess your suitability as a speaker for this prestigious event.

The 2025 ICIC conference will be held for from noon to 4 p.m. Eastern/9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pacific on Friday, November 14, 2025. The conference is 100% virtual. Selected speakers will be given 15 minutes to present their content. The idea is to provide quick, actionable content and opportunities for participants to follow up with speakers.

As we build the ICIC conference, we do not have funding to pay a speaker stipend. As a speaker, you will get the following benefits:
