In the future, after confirming the details of your application, we will contact you by early December about whether or not to exhibit.
We will notify the exhibitors using the mailing list.
The mailing list will be registered after the exhibition is confirmed.

The exhibitor's manual, scheduled to be issued in mid-January 2020, will provide notices regarding exhibitions, venue layout, presentations and workshop timetables.

1-05. Exhibition category *
If you do not sell goods, you will be "Maker" (limited to individuals, educational institutions, and communities). If an individual, educational institution or community sells goods, it will be "Commercial Maker". Exhibits that show the name of a commercial organization such as a company are classified as corporate exhibitors. "Corporate exhibition" can sell goods (no discount if not sold). It is not possible to sell goods by "Maker". "Maker" and "Commercial Maker" cannot introduce or sell company products.

2. Details of exhibition

2-01. Number of desks required *
The basic is one long desk. You cannot select more than 2 units in the Maker (free) category. If you need additional desks, please select Commercial Maker or Corporate Exhibit at 1-05. Commercial Maker category / corporate exhibition can be added for 7700 yen (tax included) per desk. For large works that require a large space, please fill in "2-05. Other Special Notes on Space". Please note that the number of desks and the size of the space may be adjusted.
2-02. Number of chairs required *
We prepare 2 chairs per space. You can select up to 4 chairs, but you can apply for 5 or more chairs only if you hold a hands-on (workshop in your own space). (Up to 6 legs. Choose other and enter the number)
2-03. About the brightness of the exhibition space *
Please let us know if you would like a "dark place" for the purpose of exhibition. If you want a "dark place" or a "slightly dark place", an exhibition space may be provided at a location away from the main venue. Please note that space is limited and may not be available. If you can cope with "cover", please cooperate.
2-04. About the sound of the exhibition space *
Please let us know if you have a sounding exhibition. Spaces will be arranged so that nearby exhibitors will not be disturbed. Please let us know if you want a quiet place. Basically, we will be exhibiting with many exhibitors on a large floor, so it may not be possible to meet your request.

2-06. Works and equipments to bring to the venue *
Please fill in all the works and equipment you plan to bring to the venue, including the quantity. If the number is large or the size is large, enter the quantity and size. Be sure to fill in lithium-ion batteries brought in as electronic components, works using high voltage, machine tools, drones that fly, radios, foods, and liquids. Soldering irons cannot be used at each exhibitor's booth due to venue restrictions (exhibitor-specific repair pits will be prepared).

One power supply (100V temporary outlet) is prepared in each space. Please select the required total number of watts. Be careful not to select a power capacity that is more than necessary. (Reference: Charging mobile phone 10W, notebook PC 50W ~ 150W, electronic piano 150W ~ 400W)

In addition to hand-held, we are planning to carry in and out by courier by a designated supplier. Car import / export is possible only if you apply in advance.
