We all have beliefs or habits that keep us in place. Whether it’s self-doubt, fear, perfectionism, or procrastination, recognizing what is holding you back is the first step toward change. List the thoughts, beliefs, or actions that might prevent you from experiencing the freedom you desire.

Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Start by identifying one small action that would move you closer to the freedom you want. This could be setting boundaries, letting go of a limiting belief, or taking one step toward a goal. Write down your idea for a small, actionable change.

Now that you’ve identified where you feel stuck and a small change you can make, it’s time to create an action plan. Break your goal down into manageable steps. What will you do, and when will you do it? Write down your first step and set a timeline for yourself.
