The spirit of volunteerism is what makes the Python community and tech events like PyCon distinctly inspiring. However, organizing activities for the community such as monthly meetups and most especially PyCon is not an easy feat. Python.PH does not pay its Board of Trustees, members, volunteers or speakers. Hence, we rely on people’s free time to contribute. With this in mind, we expect every member of the PyCon committee to abide by our Code of Conduct in order to provide a welcoming atmosphere and foster an environment where anyone can participate and everyone can make a difference.
