Are you a dance creative looking to expand your movement into the sky?

Ethereal Orbit invites you into a space of suspended movement and grounded flow. Moving between pole, aerial hoop, and ground, we’ll explore the dialogue between structure and intuition—the known and the unknown—combining technique with movement that flows from within.

Through guided prompts, improvisation, and shared exploration, participants will orbit between air and earth, discovering new textures, transitions, and ways of expressing their unique movement voice.

Designed for dancers and movement artists, this workshop welcomes those with a foundation in movement who are curious to explore new apparatus. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, follow sensation, and deepen a fluid, sensual connection to both apparatus and ground.

This weekly workshop series will be 6 weeks long. It will build progressively over time and culminate in an optional, informal community showing—an opportunity to share, witness, and celebrate the work created in the space.
