Official Rules

Eligibility: Winners must be twenty-one (21) years of age and older and reside in the U.S. in order to enter the Gaelic Storm Harrah’s Casino North Kansas City Overnight Giveaway. Gaelic Storm, Harrah’s Casino North Kansas City and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this giveaway and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this Contest (hereinafter "Sponsors") and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter this Contest.

How To Enter: NO PURCHASE OR ENTRY FEE NECESSARY TO ENTER. To enter online, visit www.gaelicstorm.com, follow the links and complete all required information accurately on the registration form, or continue filling out this form. You must provide a valid email address, telephone number, zip code, and contact information for use throughout the Sweepstakes. Registering more than one name/user ID per person to enter our drawings will result in your disqualification. All on-line entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on 03/16/15.

Duration: This Contest begins at Monday 12:00pm CST on 3/09/15 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on 03/16/15. Only one entry per person, address or e-mail address is permitted. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified.

Prizes: The following Prize will be awarded based on a random drawing of eligible entries:

Gaelic Storm Will Provide: Two (2) tickets to see Gaelic Storm LIVE at the Voodoo Lounge, Harrah’s Casino North Kansas City, on 3/19/15 in Kansas City, and a private meet & greet for two (2) people with Gaelic Storm.

Harrah’s Casino North Kansas City Will Provide: One (1) night of hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) including taxes and fees at Harrah’s Casino North Kansas City for 3/19/15.

Harrah’s Casino North Kansas City Will NOT Provide: Incidentals, food and beverage, and travel to/from show. All travel associated with prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

General Conditions: Giveaway winners must be 21 years of age or older. In accordance with the venue/hotel policy, ANY guests (whether a Contest/Auction winner or a guest of the Contest/Auction winner) must be 21 years of age or older.

No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made. Hotel room is non-transferable to other locations, or person-to-person. Room is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

By participating in the Contest/Auction, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions or interpretation of Harrah’s Casino regarding the Terms & Conditions, which shall be final in all respects. All federal, state, and local taxes, insurance, registration, delivery, shipment and fees are the sole responsibility of Contest/Auction winner. By receipt of any prize, Contest/Auction winner and any guest of Contest/Auction winner agrees to release and hold harmless Harrah’s Casino, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest/Auction or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. By receipt of any prize, Contest/Auction winner and any guest of Contest/Auction winner agrees to release and hold harmless Gaelic Storm, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest/Auction or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. By receipt of any prize, Contest/Auction winner and any guest of Contest/Auction winner agrees to release and hold harmless ROAR, LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest/Auction or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest/Auction constitutes Contest/Auction winner’s consent to Gaelic Storm’s and its agents’ use of Contest/Auction winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes) are the sole responsibility of winners. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator and their agencies to use the winners' name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line, unless prohibited by law. Prize winners may be required to provide their social security number upon receiving notification that they have won, and shall be required to execute (and have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") which must be returned within THREE (3) days from receipt of notification. Prize winners shall also be required to provide a copy of their driver's license or birth certificate as proof of age at check-in. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of prize, prize notification or Affidavit/Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsors' option. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. All interpretations of the rules and decisions by Sponsors are final. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. THE TENNESSEE COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THESE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE SHALL GOVERN THESE SWEEPSTAKES. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of those courts. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes without liability. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Disclaimers: Entrants, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agree that Sponsors shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind or nature resulting from acceptance, possession, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of a prize, participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), undelivered, tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, illegible, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a technical problem (including, but not limited to, computer viruses and worms) corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
