SDG Dance & Arts Camp 2022 Registration Form
Soli Deo Gloria School of Dance and The Arts is thrilled to be hosting our annual dance and arts camp again! It's a full day camp running daily from 9am-8:30pm on July 24-28, at SDG's studio in Oakville, ON.

Camp will include daily morning chapel with worship and Biblical teachings along with ballet, choreography, conditioning, stretching, contemporary, and jazz. There will be various art workshops in the afternoons. The evenings will include dinner, outings, fun activities, and fellowship together. We will also host an end-of-week showcase and worship for the parents and families of campers to see what they have learned throughout the week on Saturday July 29 at 11am. Every effort will be made to keep your child safe during class time but unfortunately, accidents sometimes happen. To ensure that first aid can be given to your child immediately, if such an incident occurs, please agree to the following: I give full authority to the staff of SDG to administer first aid if my child should become injured. In the case of any serious emergency, I give permission for my child to be taken to the emergency clinic. (We will endeavor to reach the parents before taking such a step.) I agree to absolve the leaders of SDG from any liability in connection with any injury sustained by my child before, after, and during Dance and Arts Camp 2023. *

Camp fee of $395 must be completed by June 3, 2022. Please e-transfer payment to dance@sdgloria.ca. Prior payment plans are also available up to that date. A discount of 10% is available for additional siblings. Please contact us for more information. *

A registration fee of $35 is due with your registration form. It is waived if you register prior to May 15.  Registration closes May 31st, 2022. *
