OVERVIEW OF GHANA GROWS PROGRAMME

Axis Human Capital Ltd. is working with the Springboard Roadshow Foundation on an exciting program that will support employers in finding the best talent in the market.  The programme is open to all employers, with a focus on the comprehensive/expanded value chain that spans across the Agricultural, Technical, Vocational, Education and Training (A-TVET) sectors across Ghana.

While there are many amazing young people doing great work out there, it is always a daunting task to find good talent for various roles across functions and across levels.  We will help you to identify young talent for your organization, and we will equip them with basic skills on adding value to the organizations they are placed in.
