This is the link to APPLY to be a craft vendor in our upcoming event, German Christmas Market. Please review the below and complete each following question.

Date: December 6, 2024 (rain or shine event)
Setup Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Event Time: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Cost: $100 (Check or Venmo)
Location: Lycoming College commuter parking lot (between Little League Blvd and Mulberry Street, Williamsport, PA).
Number: 38 Booths (you can not choose the booth location).
Vendors responsibility:
Each booth space is 18 feet x 18 feet (equivalent of two parking-space width)
You have to bring your own table
A 10x10 foot festival style tent is required
Provide your own power sources (electric and/or outdoor extension cord)
Responsible for everything inside the tents
Since spaces are limited, applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. The selection committee will then review all applications (notifications will be sent upon acceptance), advise selected vendors of their acceptance, and then request payment in full. Payment is due via check or Venmo within 5 days of acceptance to hold your spot.
