Shine a light on a hidden gem and get a little foodie fame by joining us on-screen to talk about your killer dish. We're going to attempt to air one webisode on YouTube per week, and we're ready to go to the ends of the UAE (yes, even Umm Al Quwain) to taste, photograph and capture on video your incredible foodie find.
