By filling out this brief survey, you are indicating your interest in being considered for a future focus group.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be selected for a group. Providing us with your information allows us to try to find the best fit for our current and future groups.

Our focus groups are conducted via webinar, so you can participate from the comfort of your home! They typically run from 1-2 hours in the afternoon and evening.  Participation is compensated with a Visa Gift Card of varying value depending on webinar length.
