Climate Projects survey - Lift 360 Foundation 
This survey is for new community projects and organizations within Canada and Indigenous lands that benefit biodiversity, urban sustainability, climate adaptation or mitigation. We are looking in particular for community leaders who are trying to help their community navigate the effects of climate change. 

The mission of Lift 360, a registered charity, is to support people, including young and BIPOC who create social impact, to launch, develop and scale their community and environmental projects. We do this through free mentoring, professional advice and network development. Our vision is that developing leaders are given adequate supports to launch and develop their social ventures that in turn will contribute to more cohesive, inclusive and resilient communities.
