Each report should include the activities from the previous month and submitted monthly at the first Senate meeting of each month (for example activities hosted in August will be submitted at the first Senate meeting in September.) The information given below will be used as a part of the budget allocation process and will also be kept as a record of your organization’s activities. A copy of your activity report should also be e-mailed to OSA at firstname.lastname@example.org.
