Support Team Legal Requirements:
• Must legally be age "16" and above.
• Must be active [6+ hours online each week].
• Must have been an active community member for at least "14-30" days before applying.
• Must be able to actively be inside the discord voice channels and communicate with our in-game players via voice communication.
• Must be able to handle high-stress situations such as in-game incidents and high-value support tickets. If you can't take the heat the position brings, then don't apply.
• Must be a valuable asset for improving the community instead of bringing drama/negatively to damage the assembly.

Disclaimer: We do not have to provide anyone with the decision of their application nor reasoning for our choice however if successful the staff manager will contact you within 3-5 days either arranging an interview or rejecting your application. As a support team member, you have a high position of power role within the community, and you are viewed as someone who can be more tolerated and respected within the community. You need to fully understand if you damage or hurt the income of sales or population in any negative light for any reason, you can and most likely will be removed from the staff team. We require all of our staff team members to work together efficiently and positively towards the overall health and growth of the community. Our community is run as a business, and anything that damages the reputation and development will be subjected to legal actions against you. You need to understand that before you consider applying to become a fellow support team member.

Payments Q&A:
• Staff members who have been with the servers for longer than three months will unlock an affiliate and commission code they can use on the donation store to collect a monthly % of the income generated. We reward active and long-term staff members with payment incentives.
• Attempting to force a player to use your affiliate link will result in the privilege being removed.
• If any arguing or drama is coming from this your link shall be revoked.
