Nordic Learning Platform Beta trial – teacher interest form
Thank you for your interest in testing the Nordic Learning Platform Beta!

The purpose of this form is to provide some background on the digital tools you have used to plan, teach, mark, and report. This form also asks information about your availability to test the platform and confirms that you understand the requirements for receiving the Amazon gift voucher.

This form and trial is completely voluntary for all participants involved. It takes approximately 5-minutes.

In order to receive an Amazon gift voucher that we're offering as a token of our appreciation, you will need to: (1) be currently teaching in a school (students aged between 5-18); (2) fill out a survey and record a short 30-second video; (3) plan at-least one lesson with school-aged students (online or face to face). You will need to take responsibility to obtain any appropriate permissions from the school, parents, and students before testing with students (as per local laws/ethical rules). You or another person taking part in this trial may stop their participation at any stage but you will need to complete all these requirements before we can send the voucher.
