New member items return contract:

This agreement outlines the conditions regarding the return of sorority-owned items (items given to you on bid day or after) if a new member decides to withdraw from the sorority before her official initiation.  

If the New Member decides to withdraw from Kappa Alpha Theta before her official initiation, she agrees to return all items provided to her by the sorority. These items include, but are not limited to, clothing, accessories, official documents, and any other materials given by the sorority.

Failure to return all items within the specified time frame may result in Kappa Alpha Theta taking necessary actions, including but not limited to, charging the ex-new member for the cost of the items.

 By signing below, the New Member acknowledges understanding and agrees to the terms outlined in this contract.
