Hebrew Poems of Faith and Doubt
From biblical times to our own day, authors have struggled with the sense that God is distant or even absent from their lives. We will look at poems written by psalmists, Spanish poets and modern Israeli writers who have faced this dilemma of faith and examine the different ways they have approached the question and their response.

This six-week course for rabbis and cantors will take place via Zoom on Tuesdays at noon EST beginning November 6. Course is limited to 10 participants.
