Thank you for your interest to vend at the 3nd Annual Hocus Pocus Halloween Festival! We are looking forward to a fabulous third year with plenty of spooktacular fun! Estimated attendance is projected to be 5,000.
No items that are mass produced (available through franchises or direct sales) will be considered. However, some exceptions may be made if the items are relevant to the event. Please be as detailed as possible in your business description. If you would like to provide images to help explain your products, please send them to email@example.com.
For set-up you will be allotted a 10x10 booth space, you must have a tent/structure (no table-only set-ups) and have the ability to be self-sufficient. No tents, tables, electric or water will be provided. Booths will be placed along S. Main Street between Central Ave & Broad St. You will also be required to arrive in a costume of your choice (does not need to be extravagant- just add to the "feel" of the event! Have fun!).
