Learning Fee: Early Bird Rate (until September 24, 2018) - Php 650 per participant
Regular Rate (September 24, 2018 - onwards) - Php 850 per participant
Bring-a-Buddy Rate: Php 1,300 for two participants
Fee is inclusive of workshop registration, materials, and light snacks.

Yummy! Tasty! Oh yes! Who doesn't love food? Just browsing through our social media feed, we instantly crave for foods and drinks upon seeing beautifully styled and shot comfort foods, desserts, plates and tables, and anything with and about food even when we just ate or even when we're not really hungry yet. In the Filipino culture, food is not only a fuel for nutrition but is also part of socialization. We start conversation, have fun, form social and emotional connection, and traditions with and in relation to it.

We should be enjoying food and life in general right? After all, YOLO! (You Only Live Once)

But have you ever thought about how your food choices affect your moods and emotions or what the role of food is in your family and in your health? And how food can actually aid in healing and reversing diseases? As Hippocrates puts it, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

Fast food and heavily processed foods are undeniably convenient at the moment we want and need them so we either resort to it or naturally just go for it on a normal basis. But the long-term effect will cause us not only an inconvenience but also bring us regrets when we start to feel or experience the accumulated effect of frequently consuming these types of foods.

We all deal with challenges of cravings, picky eaters, differences in preferences, medical and nutritional needs within the family so we naturally look for solutions that can make our lives easier in preparinga ndpreparing and serving meals.

Most foods we have grown accustomed to, programmed our minds and our taste buds to gain satisfaction and instant gratification that may be leaving us with more risks and vulnerability to diseases we can actually avoid if only we are going to be proactive about it.
