Our mission for the Hey719 Advisory board is to understand and combat the stigma around the HIV epidemic, learn to better engage at risk populations, ensure our resources are comprehensive, have meaningful discussions around understanding the needs of the populations we serve, and meet people where they are at with regards to HIV prevention and care.

This form is intended to collect your contact information, none of which will be shared with anyone outside of the Hey719 team. Completion of this form is not indicative of entry to the Advisory Board. Drinks and snacks will be provided, and people will be compensated for their time.
