Please complete a separate form to enroll each child. All information needs to be provided even if your child/children have attended with us before.
All programme fees must be paid in full, in advance, before any booking will be accepted or confirmed. Bookings will not be held without prior payment. Families requiring alternative arrangements may request a payment plan by contacting the OSCAR Team at oscar@ymcanelson.org.nz or 03 545 6760
If you are eligible for WINZ Childcare Subsidies, your WINZ forms must be completed and submitted to WINZ before the holiday programme begins. A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings while your subsidy is being processed.
