President-Elect: Shall perform the duties of President in the absence or disability of the President; shall perform ancillary duties assigned by the President to support the successful implementation of chapter activities, initiatives, and Special Events; shall oversee all Vice Presidents and serve as a liaison to all ABA affiliate chapters

Treasurer: Assists in the oversight of the funds of the chapter; keep full and accurate account of receipts and expenditures; shall make disbursements as authorized by the Board

Secretary: Shall record the minutes of all regular chapter, Executive Board meetings and special call meetings; maintain an accurate record that documents the major activities, initiatives and programs undertaken by the chapter, as well as a member database

Vice President, PR and Marketing: The PR/Marketing Vice President is responsible for managing external communications including public and media relations, social media, website maintenance, newsletter, blog, graphic design, and overall creative direction.

Vice President, Scholarship: The Scholarship Vice President is responsible for the ABA South Florida scholarship process, including communicating scholarship deadlines with students, developing the application, convening a committee to review applicants, selection of scholarship winner(s) and communicating with scholarship recipients. Also, responsible for coordinating Meet and Greet event for admitted students.

Vice President, Special Events: The Special Events Vice President oversees planning of all ABA South Florida events from conception through day-of-event. Will work as a liaison with all board positions, where necessary, and spearheads middle-large scale ABA South Florida fundraisers.

Vice President, Outreach: The Outreach Vice President is responsible for building rapport with current and potential UF students through college fairs and other outreach events.
