Taste of Augsburg 2025 Sign Up
Sign up to be a vendor during this year’s Taste of Augsburg homecoming event on October 4, 2025 from 10:30am to 12:30pm.  This is a great opportunity to interact with fellow students, alumni, and friends of the university while fundraising for your student group!

As a vendor, your group is encouraged to sell a product (food, beverages, swag) or provide an entertainment or hands on activity (carnival game, face painting, etc.).

Groups are responsible for the cost of the product/service, but any profit made will be yours to keep.

I understand that I must include the ingredients of my food item on our sign indicating any food allergens and whether or not our food is vegan, vegetarian, or otherwise.

I understand that two student representatives must attend a safety meeting that will go over all the food prep requirements.  Training will be offered on Tuesday, September 16th at 10am and 2pm.

I understand that the Alumni Office can decline your choice of food to prepare if: 
the food has already been claimed by another group, the food cannot be easily served outside, and/or the food isn't easily eaten 'on the go'.
