Caskey Center for Church Excellence Scholarship Application: FALL 2026

Scholarship recipients must be bi-vocational or smaller membership church paid staff at a Southern Baptist Church in Alabama averaging less than 150 in worship on Sunday mornings. Full-time enrollment is not required to receive the scholarship. The maximum scholarship amount per student is $8,500/academic year. In addition, initial scholarship recipients will receive Logos Silver to aid in their ministry and education while enrolled as a Caskey recipient. Application for a scholarship does not guarantee funding. "Bi-vocational" is defined as paid employment from a local church and from a secular or parachurch employer. "Smaller Membership Church Staff" is defined as paid employment at a church averaging less than 150 in worship on Sunday mornings. Particular preference is given to those serving as lead/senior pastors in small churches.
