This application form is the first stage of the process of registering or updating persons who wish to give formation to minors on behalf of the Prelature of Opus Dei (North-West Europe region) in Ireland.
When you submit this form, you will automatically receive by email a record copy of what you have submitted. For security reasons, the online application cannot be amended once submitted. In case of error, please notify the vetting office (vetting@nwepolicy.net) of any changes you wish to make.
When your application has been checked and your ID documents submitted, you will be invited to complete a police vetting application (National Vetting Bureau), to comply with civil law and Church safeguarding policies. You will receive emails with instructions about how to complete each step.
Once a satisfactory disclosure has been issued by the National Vetting Bureau (NVB), the application will be complete and your participation approved.
