Terms of Service
Commissions Rules :
  • I need a picture/ref to draw your commission. Your reference and your commission idea must be clear.
  • I will start drawing the commission once payment is received.
  • I may refuse to accept commission with no reason given.
  • Prices can raise depending on complex outfits, character complexity, background details...etc.
  • Extreme changes are not allowed ( E.g. : changing the whole pose) you can only make ONE small change to the sketch.
  • If you already accepted the sketch, you cant ask for change once the work is lined or already colored.
Payment Information :
  • You will need to provide a PayPal Email
  • Payment must be upfront (through PayPal or Kofi).
  • Upon purchasing a commission from the artist you are agreeing to their terms of service. The process moving forward will follow this ToS.
Delivery and Refund :
  • Please be 100% sure if you wish to commission me , If the commissioner cancels the commission, the refund will depend on the amount of work that is already completed. A 75% Refund if the commission is sketched, 50% refund if the artist is working on lineart , and no refund will be provided if I am already coloring the commission (tax fees will not be provided).
  • If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be provided.
  • You can look at "Trello" to check on your commission status.
  • Commissions can take 5 days to a month, depending on your position in the waiting list and real life influences.
Rights and Usage of the Work :
  • If you are going to use it in your profile or post it in your social media, you must credit me.
  • I retain all rights on any digital artwork i create.
  • You cant modify or draw over or trace my artwork or remove the watermark
  • You cant use my artwork as nfts /cryptocurrency...etc.
