An "on-call volunteer" is a person that the Campus Kitchen Program Coordinators can contact with short notice if additional volunteers are needed in the kitchen.

1. In connection with my participation in the Campus Kitchen at Gettysburg College, I hereby release, waive, discharge and hold harmless Gettysburg College from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and/or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of  Gettysburg College, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on, upon, or traveling to or from the premises where the activity is being conducted.  I have chosen to participate in this activity. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me or in my control, as a result of being engaged in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of Gettysburg College or otherwise.  2. It is my express intent that this Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representatives, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue Gettysburg College. I hereby further agree that this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

3. I hereby release any and all present and future claims for compensation or remuneration as a result of my image or likeness (actual or distorted) having been filmed, photographed and/or my voice having been recorded by The Campus Kitchens Project, and affiliates, or the production company, studio, or individual retained by The Campus Kitchens Project.  4. I hereby consent to the general usage of photographs, film, videotape or audio track containing my likeness and/or voice by The Campus Kitchens Project or by successors for internal communications or other purposes, in any medium, including the right to use my name if The Campus Kitchens Project, its assigns or successors so desires.  5. I further release and discharge The Campus Kitchens Project, its successors or assigns, from any and all claims and demands, and waive and forego any and all legal or equitable actions arising out of or in connection with the use of said film, photograph, video, and/or sound.  6. I covenant, agree and acknowledge that The Campus Kitchens Project is the owner of said film, photograph, video, and/or sound conveyed or contained thereon, the copyrights pertaining thereto and any and all other rights, benefits or privileges arising therefrom, now and hereafter without limitation.   7. I warrant that: I am of full legal age (18); and have read this release and the terms and conditions contained herein and acknowledges that The Campus Kitchens Project (which term as used in this release includes its successors and assigns) has, is and will be relying on the terms hereof, as indicated by my signature.  I have read the foregoing Agreement, understand all its provisions, and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed.  I warrant that no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made.
