SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 20, 2025 9AM-5PM
All payments for the Fair must be made through Venmo or check. No refunds will be issued after August 1st.
Space size for booths:
10x10 for Standard booths. (With a 2-foot buffer between booths)
10x20 for Food Vendor booths.
The payment is for the booth space only. You must provide your tent, table, and chairs.
(Tables and chairs are available to rent at a nominal fee but must be arranged in advance. Vendors will pick up rental tables and chairs at the corner of Main and Grand.) (Complete request below)
Generators are allowed but must be arranged in advance. You may be limited to the East Side of Main Street. Power is unavailable from the city. (Complete request below)
All booth spaces will be marked on the pavement. You must keep your tent and your products within your assigned space. If you need a larger space, you must purchase additional spaces.
No vehicles will be allowed to park on the street. All vehicles must be removed by 8:15 am. If your vehicle is part of your display or necessary for refrigeration (awnings do not count), prior arrangements must be made.
**** There are Fire Department-mandated emergency exit breaks in between some booths. If you are next to one of the breaks, you may not use these spaces for the display of your products or in any way have your booth or products extend into this area.
**** Please review the email you receive from your registration and your invoice to ensure you will receive all the required items.
