State Fair - 2021

What: Transportation to and from the Minnesota State Fairgrounds - TICKETS included!
$59 per person

When: Monday, August 30 8 am - 8:30 pm approximately - Registration & Payment DEADLINE: August 20th NOON

Where: Bus departs and returns to Willow River Area Schools

How: Coach Bus

Why: Because it is easy, fun, and we can!

Who: YOU and as many of your friends and family members as you can possibly stand to be with for 12 hours. This is open to any adult community member who wishes to attend. Any and ALL families are WELCOME! Unaccompanied Willow River students 16+ with parent's permission and others depending on behavior status at the school. Conditions may apply, it is not a one-size fits all situation.

ADDITIONAL Information:

*We need a MINIMUM of 40 people to continue with the trip. If on August 20th, we do not have 40 people, refunds will be given - REFUNDS are only given if the trip is completely canceled!

*TICKETS - are NON-REFUNDABLE, but the ARE TRANSFERRABLE - just contact Britta in advance to get this taken care of.

*COVID-19 - precautions - we will be following what the Minnesota State Fair guidelines are. If you need a mask there, we will use masks. If they don't, we won't.

Payment: $59 is due per registrant. Cash and checks payable to Willow River School and dropped off in the drop box located inside Door A (Main Entrance). NOTE: Registration is NOT complete until payment IN FULL is received - contact information is important for follow up communication regarding any and all questions or concerns regarding this trip. *
