Roxie Rental Information Form
Are you ready to jumpstart your Roxie rental application process? Fill out the form below (the more details, the better!), and we'll do our best to get back to you within 3 business days. A few important caveats: 

1) We recommend sending your application between 4 to 6 weeks ahead of your preferred date (no guarantees on securing your preferred dates as well--an alternative date may be offered instead).

2) Friday, Saturday, and Sunday prime shows (6PM onwards) are typically reserved for our in-house programming/community partnerships/collaborations, and so are NOT OPEN to rentals. 

3) We do not use streaming services for screenings.

Which venue are you interested in renting?

The Big Roxie has 234 seats and houses the main Box Office. The Little Roxie has 47 seats and is located two doors down from the Big Roxie. Both theaters are ADA-accessible, have concessions, and have two bathrooms each.

Specify your preferred date/s and time/s here (ie. Tuesday to Thursday, June 13-15, 4pm-6pm), but note that this is subject to availability and approval. Indicate if you are FLEXIBLE with the schedule, or provide alternative dates if you can. If you still don't have a set schedule yet, at least give us a window to work with (ie. sometime early Feb-mid March 2025).
