Reena Bhojwani's Author Visit Booking Form - Inspired Muse!
"Ms. Reena is a fantastic story teller who really knows how to draw students into the story. She did a great job at engaging the students to help them learn more about what an Author is, both by telling stories and by answering student questions. The writing workshop was a great way for our students to get involved in the writing process and to learn from a real author. Many students from our school purchased her books so they could go home and read it to their parents or younger siblings. I hope other schools have an opportunity to experience this kind and engaging author."

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

i) Only AM and early afternoon sessions available (from 8:30AM to 3:30PM) unless there's a special request for other timings.

ii) Booking dates are negotiable and subject to author availability.

iii) Bookings must be finalised at least 7 days before author visit.

iiii) Honorarium payments to be made by cheque payable to: REENA M BHOJWANI on the day of the visit OR via HSBC bank transfer (details to be provided in acknowledgement email).

v) Inspired Muse! requires a guarantee of a minimum of 10 book orders from the school.

vi) If the school is difficult to access by public transport from Reena's home, Reena will request a travel allowance from the school (the amount of the taxi fare to be reimbursed) or for the school to arrange a taxi/Uber to assure she can reach the location on time without getting lost.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  1. In the event of bad weather (Typhoon 8 or above OR RED or BLACK rainstorm warnings) the visit will be cancelled and rescheduled to the next best (and earliest) date available that is mutually acceptable.
  2. Any other emergency (e.g. COVID or other illness etc.) will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Either party should inform the other immediately and notify them of the need to cancel the visit and provide alternative options within 2 WORKING DAYS. 
  3. For sudden illness, the author will inform the school at the earliest, even if it ends up being on the day of the visit and the school can consider the idea of doing a virtual visit instead, if feasible.
