Please fill out the following questions about your design request so designers Shannon and Autumn can better understand what you need. Request should be sent TWO WEEKS ahead of time to give designers ample time to finish their work. When work is completed you will be sent a e-mail to notify you along with a PDF version. With jobs that require a large number of copies you will be responsible for the printing. These request are meant for groups working with a branch of DCI. So this includes CMA, VISION, LGBTRC, and Women's Resource Center. If you are not a part of one of these groups we may not be able to complete you request.
