I know that not everyone has access to the coaching, training and development that could make a real difference. Finances, work circumstances or life transitions can all be barriers.

That’s why, each year, I offer a small number of fully funded spaces for both 1:1 ADHD coaching and the Leadership Development Programme. These places are here to improve access for people who couldn’t otherwise join - whether that’s because you’re out of work, moving roles, haven’t disclosed ADHD at work or simply don’t have the personal funds right now.
